Who we are

Higher Vision Consulting provides business consulting services: strategy, planning, operations, and ongoing advisory, delivered one to one by phone and video across the United States.

What our services are

We provide advice, planning documents, and structured working sessions. You remain the owner and decision maker of your business, and outcomes depend on your situation and on the work you put in. We do not guarantee any specific business result.

What our services are not

We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or an insurance provider. Nothing we provide is legal or tax advice. Where those questions come up, we will point you to a licensed professional in the relevant field.

Pricing

The discovery call is free. Before any paid work begins, you receive a written quote with flat pricing for the recommended engagement. We start only after you approve the quote. There are no long term contracts, and ongoing advisory can be canceled at any time effective the next billing period.

Refund policy

If you purchase a package and change your mind before your first working session, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Once work has begun, unused sessions in a package are refunded on a prorated basis. Completed sessions and delivered documents are not refundable. To request a refund, email info@hvcincconsulting.com with your name and purchase date; refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days.

Scheduling and missed sessions

Sessions are scheduled in advance by agreement. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no cost. A session missed without notice counts as delivered.

Confidentiality

What you share with us about your business stays confidential, per our privacy policy. We ask the same of you regarding materials we prepare for you, which are for your business use only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higher Vision Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
